What Is unique about Microcurrent Facial Rejuvenation?

A completely painless and relaxing holistic approach, delivering gradual long term transformations. Witness the improvement in skin tone and texture, resulting in a more sculpted and youthful glow. What sets our rejuvenation program apart is its holistic perspective, tackling the root causes of skin deterioration caused by aging factors. This stands in contrast to procedures like plastic surgery or botox, which merely mask issues without addressing the underlying imbalances. Each session includes meridian balancing and non-needle acupressure on key master points of the body, promoting holistic well-being and providing a comprehensive mind, body, and spirit experience.

What is Meridian Balancing?

Meridian balancing operates by harmonizing and balancing the vital life-force energy known as qi (pronounced "Chee") in the body. This technique serves as an autonomic nervous system reset, aiding in realigning the body's energy flow. Pain, stress, and illnesses arise when qi is obstructed or stagnant within the body. Balancing the meridians revitalizes qi, reducing pain, stabilizing emotions, and fortifying the immune system. This process can facilitate the removal of energy blocks and stagnancy, promoting holistic healing throughout the body.

How many sessions are recommended?

For optimal results, we recommend a course of 12 consecutive treatments. Individuals such as smokers, the elderly, and those in poor health may find additional sessions beneficial. Treatments can be scheduled 1 to 3 times per week, allowing a non-treatment day between sessions. This approach ensures a comprehensive and tailored regimen, promoting the best possible outcome for your well-being.

How long is a session?

Approximately 60 - 75 mins per session

How many treatments does it take to see a difference?

Results can become noticeable after the initial treatment, with the most significant transformations typically observed between the 4th and 6th sessions. How immediate the change depends on the individuals skin condition, general health, age and wrinkle depth. To document and celebrate your progress, photos are taken throughout the course of treatments, providing a visual representation of the positive changes achieved. Look forward to a gradual shift towards a more natural, healthier, and toned facial appearance. Result may vary for each individual.

Are there any needles or discomfort involved?

Absolutely no needles or injections are involved in the process. You may experience a mild tingly sensation, a metallic taste around mouth, see flashing lights or experience twitching muscles around the eyes. These sensations occur as a result of nerve fibers being electrically stimulated. However rest assured that they are not uncomfortable or painful. Your experience is designed to be gentle, ensuring both relaxation and effectiveness throughout the session.

Is this treatment safe?

Microcurrent is a safe and non-invasive treatment that harmoniously aligns with your own body's natural energy system.

Who should NOT receive microcurrent rejuvenation?

While microcurrent treatments generally mimic the body's gentle energy system, it's important to note that no studies have confirmed their safety for pregnant women. For the well-being of both mother and baby, it is advisable to wait until after pregnancy before considering microcurrent treatments.

Additionally, individuals diagnosed with seizures, epilepsy, or those who are light-sensitive should refrain from microcurrent treatments. The flashing lights, especially around the eye area during the treatment, may potentially trigger a seizure or headache.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, so if you fall into any of these categories, it's recommended to consult with a healthcare professional and explore alternative skincare options until it's safe for you to undergo microcurrent treatments.

Is there downtime needed after a session?

Since Microcurrent is entirely non-invasive, there is no downtime after treatment. Clients can continue with their day feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Is there anything I should know before coming in for a session?

It is recommended to come in for a session well hydrated. Hydration enhances the clinical effects of the treatment.

What is red LED light therapy?

Red light therapy, a form of phototherapy, harnesses the power of red light to invigorate the body's cells. This non-invasive treatment, with its near-infrared wavelengths, deeply penetrates the skin, fostering skin renewal, collagen stimulation, and improved blood circulation. Integrating Red LED therapy seamlessly complements our microcurrent treatment, adding an extra layer of rejuvenation to the overall service.

What if I have had recent Botox or fillers?

It is advisable to begin your microcurrent treatments approximately a month before your next Botox injection is scheduled. This allows for a smooth transition from Botox to microcurrent. The advantages of microcurrent would be significantly diminished if done right after Botox since the muscles may not react effectively. Additionally it is recommended to wait 2 weeks after a filler injection to start microcurrent treatments.

What are the expected results after a course of treatments?

Clients frequently experience a feeling of firmness and uplift on their face following treatments. The appearance of lines, wrinkles, sagging, bags, and dark circles can be significantly improved or completely eliminated. Moreover, many clients may notice enhanced energy levels and an overall sense of well-being.

Are follow-up treatments recommended after my initial course of treatments?

As our bodies gracefully age, the pull of gravity persists. Safeguard your investment by opting for follow-up treatments. The frequency of these sessions varies for each individual, but typically, one session every one to four months is advised.
